We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We have a 7-day return policy in the event that you receive the incorrect or faulty item, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you simply change your mind, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We recommend rinsing in cold water or washing in mild detergent upon purchase and after wear. Dry flat in the shade to prevent discolouration of the fabric. Avoid rubbing with abrasive surfaces.

Once you receive your product, please ensure there are no loose parts or threads that could be harmful to babies and small children. Our products contain small beads which can become a choking hazard. Always supervise babies and children while using this product.
